Purpose
- Care for patients in the Marble Falls, Blanco and Johnson City area.
- Work as part of an excellent Hospice interdisciplinary team providing end of life care to a caseload of Hospice patients in a variety of settings
- Manage and coordinate care with the Hospice team and with other providers involved in the care of the patient
Requirements
- Current Texas RN license
- Prior Hospice experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience required
- On-call rotation required
- Ability to travel in a 50 mile radius to provide patient care required
