Join the HCM Wellness Center
Come by, take a tour and even work out free for a day! Check out the fitness classes, equipment, instructors and swimming pools. To join, complete an application. You can pay month-to-month or in one lump sum, but you're never locked into a contract.
A $40 annual membership fee is required for all individuals 18 years and older who want to utilize the HCM Wellness Center for exercise purposes.

Payment Policy:
Monthly exercise fees are due in full by the 10th of each month. (Billing notices are not sent.) No pro-rating of fee is allowed.
A full month's fee is due regardless of the number of times the facility is used. Special fee arrangements will be considered only if advance notice is given of absence (health related).
The 12-month-commitment discounted rate will be voided if payment is not made each month. Client will be responsible to pay the difference of the discounted fee and the month-to-month rate for each of the months the discount was used.
A late fee of $10 will be charged if your account is not current at the close of each month. A $30 fee is charged on all returned checks.
