Bertha Gaytan, MD, joined the HCM Medical Group in 2018. She speaks English and Spanish.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Gaytan provides primary care for patients of all ages including chronic disease management, preventive care, and annual wellness exams. She focuses on women’s and men’s health, pediatrics and adolescent care, geriatrics, diabetes and mental health.
Dr. Gaytan is board certified in Family Medicine. She most recently served as a family medicine physician in Gatesville, Texas, where she provided routine care, managed chronic diseases, and coordinated with specialty providers. She has practiced medicine in Texas since 2011 and has served the Boerne community since 2018.
