Michael C. Speck, MD

Michael C. Speck, MD, joined the Hill Country Memorial Medical Group in 2017.

He sees adult and pediatric patients at the HCM Medical Clinics in Kerrville and Fredericksburg, and he also performs surgeries at the hospital in Fredericksburg.

Dr. Speck provides medical and surgical treatment of diseases affecting the urinary tract (the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra) and the male reproductive system and prostate gland.

It’s ok to be anxious about discussing urological or reproductive conditions, says Dr. Speck. These are very personal issues that can seem awkward or difficult to discuss, but don’t let that stop you from seeking treatment.

He earned his medical degree in 2006 from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed his urologic surgery residency in 2011 at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.

In his free time, he helps run the family ranch near Menard with his father. He also flies around the Hill Country in his single-engine plane with his wife and children.
