Chief Human Resources Officer
Alysha Metzger, BBA, MBA, Chief Human Resources Officer joined Hill Country Memorial in January 2011; she previously led recruitment efforts for 13 US military installations, building strong relationships with Junior Officer candidates to develop interest in the recruiting firm’s preparation program and mentoring them to successfully transition from the military to business opportunities in Fortune 500 companies.
Alysha manages the overall human resources operations including: employment, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, performance management processes, and education and training. She has led the development and implementation of innovative workforce processes including values-based hiring, quarterly coaching plans aligned with strategic initiatives and workforce reward and recognition programs.
Alysha is energized daily by the opportunity to influence and foster an environment conducive to helping team members achieve their goals, personally and professionally. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration.
