In this class attendees will learn the foundational lifestyle approaches to managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, and high cholesterol. Attendees will learn also about stages of change and be able to form a plan for making lifestyle changes as they see the need for them.
